Thing #6: Mashups and 3rd Party sites

Wow cool stuff! I love Mappr. I can see applications of it with future digital scrapbooks of our family vacations. I also liked Mosaic Maker - future Christmas gifts in the making. I also enjoyed playing with the Trading Card Maker, but I doubt I'd ever really use it. I'd love to know how others use the trading cards....

  3. At our school the 6th graders in Health Fitness do a unit on character and focus on superheros with good character. They each make a trading card, with their picture, and how they are a superhero to others in their lives. They are so precious when they finish them!

  5. Students love to create Trading Cards using people they study about in history or authors they like or even characters from their favorite books.
